Many families today are incredibly busy with everything from work and school activities to volunteer activities and more. If your family has a full calendar of things to do and places to go, it can be difficult to bring the family together to eat even a single meal a week together. Instead of eating together, you may be dining individually in various rooms of the house and eating whatever you can pull together as a meal. With how busy your family is, it is understandable that you don’t have much time to communicate and chat about your day.
