Step 1: What were your financial goals? Which ones did you achieve? How did you achieve them? What were the goals you did not achieve? What stopped you from achieving those goals? Can you remove the obstacles that hindered your achievement?
Step 2: How did your finances and financial behavior affect those you love? Will you manage money better so it does not affect your loved one one way or another?
Step 3: What career goals did you achieve? Which ones did you not?
Step 4: What health goals did you set for yourself? Same thing as number 1. Which ones did you achieve? Which ones did you not? How do you remove the obstacles that stopped you from achieving those goals?
Step 5: What were your short term goals? What were your long term goals? If you did not have any, now’s the time to establish some so you have measurable steps you are taking. Mind you, do not set yourself up for failure yet success.
The areas that generally are important are family, finances, health and career. As you prepare for the next six months – I encourage you to be the best you can and give each area 100%. Have a positive mind knowing you can accomplish what you set your mind to.
